We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at – support@topvira.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address – 118 Av. Jean Jaurès, 75019 Paris, France. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at – support@topvira.com.
Return and Refund Authorization:
- Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Products must be in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
- You cannot return anything that have been worn, cleaned, used, or altered.
- Customized or personalized products, pre-ordered products, special offers or gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to return the item:
To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@topvira.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue you a return authorization number as well as instructions on how to return the item. Please keep in mind that things must be returned in their original packing and in the same condition as when you received them.
Should your return request be accepted, we’ll send you a return mailing label and instructions. Items returned to us before receiving a refund will not be accepted.

Exchange:
Only things that were harmed or defective because of our error will be exchanged. Sadly, we are unable to swap for a different/new color, size, or brand.
Restocking fee:
No restocking fee.
Return Shipping Fee:
If the product is defective or if the return is voluntary, the customer will not be charged for return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
