We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return and Refund Authorization:

  • Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
  • You cannot return anything that have been worn, cleaned, used, or altered.
  • Customized or personalized products, pre-ordered products, special offers or gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

How to return the item:

To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Team at within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue you a return authorization number as well as instructions on how to return the item. Please keep in mind that things must be returned in their original packing and in the same condition as when you received them.
