How to get a refund
For any refund request, please contact our customer service by email at the following address: email@example.com. The steps to follow will be communicated to you.
The refund method will be the same as the one used for the payment of the product.
There can be no refund on a validated order or in the course of delivery.
Non-compliance with the conditions of return or any form of dispute will not entitle you to any refund.
A product on final sale, balance or liquidation cannot be refunded.
We will endeavor to process your refund request within a maximum of 30 days. Once the refund is processed the transaction time varies depending on your bank or the method of refund.
