Simple, gradual, and effective – How to use it (quickly)

For best results, start slowly: wear the corrector 10–20 minutes per day during the first few days, then increase the time by 10 minutes each day. Gradually, your muscles will learn the proper position, and your posture will naturally improve.
Put on the corrector like a backpack, then place the straps over your shoulders. Adjust the front and back straps to gently pull your shoulders back (without pain).
Start with 10–20 minutes per day, then gradually increase the duration.

Never force it: if you feel pain, loosen the straps or stop using it.

Care and Precautions

Hand wash in lukewarm water with mild soap. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return and Refund Authorization:

Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Products must be in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
You cannot return anything that have been worn, cleaned, used, or altered.
Customized or personalized products, pre-ordered products, special offers or gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation after order

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without any reason. To cancel your order, please contact our customer success team, email us at support@topvira.com and provide us with your name and order number. We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 5 business days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking fee:

No restocking fee.

Return Shipping Fee:

If the product is defective or if the return is voluntary, the customer will not be charged for return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
