Who hasn’t experienced neck pain after a long day or a bad night’s sleep?
If you spend your day working on the computer, are regularly engrossed in the screen of your smartphone or tablet, chances are your neck, shoulders and generally your upper back sometimes hurt.
All it takes is a little fatigue for that area to become tense and painful. These pains are sometimes acute and bother you in your daily life.
How to overcome this discomfort?
To remedy this, we propose today the CERVELAX
To stretch your neck and shoulders, there are several exercises you can do, but none are as effective as stretching by a physiotherapist. However, it is not possible to go see a physiotherapist every night when you get home from work!
The idea is simple, to allow you to reproduce the stretching practiced by physiotherapists, directly at home, in complete safety.
The CERVELAX reproduces a stretching very used by the physiotherapists: the cervical traction. This one consists in stretching the neck very gently.
By doing so, the blood circulation is released at the level of the cervicals, allowing a better oxygenation of the muscles and thus their easier relaxation.
Improved blood circulation promotes oxygenation of muscles, nerves, tendons and ligaments, for pain relief and increased mobility.
The CERVELAX can be fixed at a high level. This can be on a door handle or on an embankment. Then lie down on the floor and place your neck in the CERVELAX. The CERVELAX will gently stretch your entire spine to release your trapezius and relax your entire upper back.
1. Tie the CERVELAX around a railing.
2. Or attach the CERVELAX around a door handle.
3. Close the door to lock the CERVELAX.
4. Place your head in the CERVELAX and relax.
Entirely passive, the CERVELAX does not require any particular skill. Just lie down and the body point will do the rest. After 10 minutes you will start to feel the first effects of the stretching.

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact us page. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition. Allow us up to 48 hours to respond.
We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation after order
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without any reason. To cancel your order, please contact our customer success team, email us at support@topvira.com and provide us with your name and order number. We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 5 business days.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking fee:
No restocking fee.
Return Shipping Fee:
If the product is defective or if the return is voluntary, the customer will not be charged for return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
