Order Processing Time & Delivery Time:
All orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays. Shipment processing time does not count to the estimated delivery time.

Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 11:00 PM (CEST) . Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Confirmation of Shipment
Once your products are dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking ID. The tracking ID will become active within 24 hours.

Dues and taxes
All packages are shipped from Topvira, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only have to pay the final sale price when shopping.
Lost or Damaged Baggage:
Although we have taken precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If you have a problem with the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a complaint.
Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact us page. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition. Allow us up to 48 hours to respond.
We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return and Refund Authorization:
- Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Products must be in original condition with all labels and packaging intact.
- You cannot return anything that have been worn, cleaned, used, or altered.
- Customized or personalized products, pre-ordered products, special offers or gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellation after order
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours without any reason. To cancel your order, please contact our customer success team, email us at support@topvira.com and provide us with your name and order number. We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 5 business days.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking fee:
No restocking fee.
Return Shipping Fee:
If the product is defective or if the return is voluntary, the customer will not be charged for return shipping.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
